The above case depicts a Metal Free Bridge placed over Teeth No 45,46 & 47. Bridges are placed in place of missing teeth and are  being done all over the world. Metal ceramic crowns have been in use since old times. The tooth is reduced and a crown is placed over it. The above case is of an implant supported abutment in place of Tooth No 47.
