Tetracycline stains are caused due
to intake of Antibiotic Tetracycline during the
formative years of a child. Usually these present as
yellow or dark brown stains
on teeth . Unlike other stains ,
these stains are inherent in the enamel and do not respond
to Tooth Whitening Procedures. The stains are managed by reducing wafer thin layer of the surface of the
tooth and replacing it with either Ceramic veneers or Bondable composite veneers. |
